Payment :
The payment will be taken at the time of the order, not at the time of
shipping.

SSL. We have no knowledge of your card details at any time during the

software downloads :
Unless otherwise stated, downloaded Ebooks cannot be returned or
reimbursed, receiving the file
in electronic format is considered as acceptance of the product. The
buyer will also be expected to respect the author's copyright.
Shipping :
Orders are shipped on the same day when the order is placed in the
morning. (except Weekends and Bank Holidays)
Returns :
If you are unhappy with your product, please email us stating the
reason for return. We will issue you with a return number and
instructions.
